European Senators Golf Club (ESGC)
A General Meeting of the European Senators Golf Club (ESGC) will be held during the 2025 European Senators Golf Championship in Mont Garni, Belgium, in accordance with Article 8 of the Articles of Association.

Location: Mont Garni Golf Club, Meeting Room
Date: Saturday, 30.August 2025
Time: 16:00 (local time)
Motions to amend the agenda must be submitted in writing to the Honorary Secretary by email to rvb_1950@hotmail.com.Such motions must be received no later than 10 days prior to the meeting.

- Call to Order and Election of Meeting Chair
- Adoption of Agenda
- Election of President
- Election of Board Members (2–6 persons)
- Election of Auditor
- Acceptance of Protocol, Annual Report, and Financial Statements
- No General Meeting has been held in recent years; therefore, no protocol will be presented.
- President Rudolf von Bachellé passed away in 2024, and no new president has been elected. In lieu of an Annual Report, the meeting will refer to the Captain’s Report 2024.
- Resolutions on Motions by Members (if any)
- Closing of the Meeting
