The following "Terms and Conditions" apply to the event "European Senator Golf Championship". By entering this event the participants declared themselves bound by these Terms and Conditions and agree to them.
Registrations are processed in the order received. The contract is with the electronic withdrawal of the registration fee. Registered participants will receive an email confirmation of your registration.. Without the participant's complaint to the organizers expect that the confirmation has been received.
Refunds cannot be made in any case. Any bank transfer fees are payable by the payer. The registration fee includes the entire program, acc. "Program site" and a ranking on the login page. Only registration for the Golf and the Meals is included, hotel fees and Beverages are not included.in the registration fee.
For payment you have two options: Either direct bank-trasnfers (Sofort-banking) only available in these countries: Germany, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland and Netherlands. Or use credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or Paypal for all countries.
Cancellations must be made in writing to the e-mail address of the organizer rvb_1950@hotmail.com. Refund of the already paid participation fee is not possible in any case.
The organizer has the right to alter Program. We reserve also the right to change the schedule. Any claims of participants are excluded due to such changes.
The organizer is liable for any damages arising directly or indirectly by the performance or non-implementation of an event. Participants are responsible for adequate insurance coverage.
The operator communicates exclusively via e-mail to registered participants. It is provided by the participants in the application specified e-mail address. Should be given to participants after sending any electronic confirmation (by which the validity of the e-mail address is confirmed), it is incumbent upon the participants to inquire from the organizer.
Jurisdiction for any disputes shall be exclusively on a personal basis.
